What is Rocky Mountain Rossiter ?
The Rossiter System is a unique assisted-stretching exercise. The techniques involve the practitioner anchoring connective tissue in key areas while guiding the client through a series of stretching movements designed to most effectively restore space and mobility, removing the source of pain.
The average session is less than 30 minutes. Most clients see satisfying results in three sessions or less. The Rossiter System was developed by Richard Rossiter, certified advanced Rolfer since 1987 (connective tissue specialist), and author of three books on advanced stretching. People with various injuries and pain use Rossiter as a natural solution to regain mobility, and return to the activities, sports, and hobbies that they love, pain-free.
Keith and Shelly are Certified Advanced Coaches utilizing Rossiter in Fort Collins, Colorado. Rocky Mountain Rossiter has helped nurses work without painful limitations, grandparents play with their grandkids again, athletes return to sports with optimized performance, and many more life changes.
